The meeting was called to order by Vice President Mark Doucette at 7:10 p.m. There were 8 people in attendance.
The secretary's report was read and accepted.
The treasurer's report was read and accepted.
The trail master's report was read and accepted.
Old Business
Trail Maintenance/Maps
Stickers have been placed on the maps and they have now been distributed to our local businesses. Thanks to Mark Doucette for volunteering to put the stickers on the last 400 maps.
All equipment is ready to groom. Contact Henry directly if you are interested in being part of the trail maintenance crew (583-4833 or nmrh_00@yahoo.com).
Club to check with the town manager regarding use of town gas for grooming.
Christmas in Harrison
Thanks to everyone who worked and helped out at the yard sale. The Club made approximately $550.
TV Raffle
The raffle for the HD television was held at the dance at Christmas in Harrison. The winner of the TV is: Holly Ellis from Greene, Maine.
Thanks to everyone who sold tickets - especially Joanna DeBie who outsold her father, Ron, at the dance Saturday night.
Radar Run
The Run is set for Sunday, February 10, 2008. Volunteers will be needed to run the race, man the scoreboard and help out in the "food shack". Two meeting are scheduled specifically for planning the Radar Run. The first will be held on Wednesday, January 16, 2008 and one on February 6, 2008 - both will start at 7:00 p.m. If you would like to help but cannot attend either meeting please contact one of the Club officers or Stacey Worster directly at 583-6914.
New Business
Sweatshirts
Rose Farnum sent out an e-mail last week showing off our new fleece shirts with the Club logo. Thanks to Patti DeBie for volunteering to model the shirts for the picture.
The shirts are available for $20.00 for members ($25 non-members). If you would like to order one please contact me at 583-4255 or kswilson@roadrunner.com.
