NEW BUSINESS
Membership
A motion was made and passed to raise the Club's membership by $5. Single member ship will now be $25 and family membership will be $30. This is in light of the increase by MSA of $2.
Highlights of Trail Report
Henry reported on a meeting he attended with other towns. A request has been made that when a trail goes through several towns that each town keep the same corresponding trail number.
For example: Trail 17 going through Oxford, Paris, Harrison would be labeled 17OX, 17PR and 17HA.
This does not include ITS trails.
Maps: Donna from Bridgton is no longer handling Lakes Region maps. Suggestions made to photocopy existing maps or do an 8 x 10 map of Harrison with local advertising. Nancy and Henry to contact other clubs to see what they are doing.
Equipment: Groomers are ready to go.
Trails: B. Pullen has requested that our trail system be rerouted off of his property. Stacey Worster will talk to Bryan to see if he will reconsider.
Trail Maintenance: Henry has asked that anyone who would like to groom or help with trails maintenance contact him directly (583-4833 or nmrh_00@yahoo.com).

Food Trailer

Radar Run
The dates for our Radar Runs are yet to be determined. A suggestion was made to hold the Run at Fernwood Pond. Stacey to assess the situation and determine place and dates.
Village Voice
Muffie Crowell, owner and editor of the Village Voice, stopped by to introduce herself. She took a few photos and asked for information for the next issue of the Village Voice. Sharon Wilson to supply data for article and run and ad for membership.
Meetings
A motion was made and passed to keep our monthly meetings on the second Wednesday of each month at 7 p.m. at the Fire Station. Once dates of Radar Run are set I will issue a Schedule of Events. The next meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, October 10, 2007.
